Steve Price is a Christian conjuror, gospel illusionist, mission magician – whatever you want to call him, he presents the gospel by doing tricks. He’s recently left his day job as Head of Design in an Independent Secondary School to pursue his passion for illusion and his passion for the gospel.

"I was getting to the stage where I was so busy that it was difficult to juggle both teaching and performing. There were some nights when I’d get in from a show at 2am and then be up at 7am to start teaching! Something had to give and it wasn’t going to be the magic."

Steve travels right around the UK taking part in a wide variety of events, from church services to Alpha suppers, Christian Unions to summer camps. Wherever he is and whatever his audience, Steve puts across the good news in a way that is fun and accessible to all.

Steve started his Christian show after being in a service where people were challenged to use their gifts for God.

"For musicians and singers it’s fairly straightforward. My problem is I do tricks".

Over the next few months and years, Steve put a show together that is constantly evolving.

"If I want people to listen to what I have to say, I need to earn their respect. My way of doing this is by blowing their minds!"
